Have you ever sat in a meeting where someone put their neck out, you agreed with what they said and told them after the meeting instead of at the time?
Enter the Echo Chamber. I was introduced to this fabulous concept through The Inspiring Women Summit. If you agree with someone say so in the group. If one voice of a different inclination is heard it will usually be ignored or ridiculed. If ONE OTHER VOICE agrees it could shift the awareness of the room. ONE OTHER VOICE. If you agree with someone who has the courage to be different, say so in the group.
An Echo Chamber is a hugely (r)evolutionary act of teaching and bringing people along as we evolve as a species. This is particularly important for those of us who are watching and birthing the dawn of a new era. It takes courage to look in the face of conventionally held beliefs and say out loud, "outdated" "there is more than you see" "new life is afoot". Those who can't see it don't see it, those of us that do can open this process in the Echo Chamber.
